TO RESERVE: A non-refundable Reservation fee of Php2000 is needed upon booking. It will be automatically deducted upon full payment two(2) weeks before the reservation date.

Kindly take note that we implement the following procedure:
- First come First serve basis - NO Reservation fee means No Booking.
- Due to high demand, please call or text us before going to the bank in order to reconfirm the availability of the resort.
- If payment has been made. Kindly provide a copy of your deposit slip along with your valid ID to our fb page messenger or email us at VillaEllizia@yahoo.com
- Failure to send us the copy of the bank deposit slip or money transfer transaction slip means NO Reservation Upon full payment:
- Full payment of the rental fee must be settled 2 weeks (14 days) before the booking date. Failure to comply means your booking will be automatically cancelled.
- A mandatory security deposit of Php2000 is required along with the total balance, which can be refunded upon checking out given that there is no damage made from the Villa or so.
- RE-BOOKING is applicable as long as the guest will notify the resort administrator at least 7 days prior to the initial reservation date.
Standard rate will apply and RE-BOOKING FEE of additional 2,000.00 pesos will be charged to the customer. A contract will be sent to you via email. This includes the rules and regulation of Villa Ellizia. Have it signed and Kindly bring a printed copy and secure it to the staff at the Villa.
